Simply put, you don’t.     HAVE TO 

do anything in this life except breath.

Yes, of course, there are consequences if we don’t take care of certain responsibilities like paying bills or feeding our families. But overall a lot of what we do is because of we 

                  WANT TO.

By simply saying we want to do something rather than have to we reduce our stress levels, increase our perception of choice leading to a feeling of more control and better decision making.

For example your daily routine…

I have to get up early

Have to prepare healthy lunches

Have to get to work on time

Have to clean the kitchen

Have to make a good impression

Have to try harder

Have to be more clever.   

Now say all the above with WANT TO

How often do you use have to when you could be using want to?
